Terms & Conditions

Set out below are the terms on which Venus Aesthetics provides service to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any Venus Aesthetics treatment.

1. APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • All doctors, nurses and therapists at Venus Aesthetics are trained and approved in accordance with the company’s treatment protocols and therefore Venus Aesthetics does not guarantee continued treatment with a named nurse or therapist.
  • If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us immediately on 09 220 2225 or 0809 155 5582. We will need to know that you wish to cancel by 24hrs on the day before your appointment is due. Failure to cancel or rearrange before 10am on the preceding day will result in the loss of the treatment from your value pack or deposit being redeemed.
  • Please arrive for your appointment at least 15 minutes in advance so that the necessary documentation can be completed. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. Venus Aesthetics will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, should we need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.
  • Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.
  • Due to the nature of our treatments we hope you will understand if on occasions your appointment time overruns. We support your request for the practitioner of your choice.  At certain times, it may not be possible to accommodate your requests, then we would be grateful for your consideration and flexibility. However, we pledge that we will do our best at all times to accommodate your requests and preferences.
  • By giving us your email address you agree to be added to our mailing list. We do not share your details with any other individuals / companies.
  • For health & safety reasons no other person than the practitioner and the client are allowed in the treatment room.
  • No warranty or guarantee is made by the clinic as to results. It is possible that results might not come up to expectations or goals. Clients must be aware that results may vary from client to client.
  • Minimum age for any treatment is 18 years of age.Any client who requires treatment and brings a child with them must also be accompanied by another adult to chaperone the child whilst the client is being treated. 
  • No children under the age of 12 years must be left unattended within the center at any time.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel treatment / appointment without prior arrangement at any time.

2.DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All payments for treatment or product purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE as stated on all receipts.
  • To secure or confirm an appointment with Venus Aesthetics a deposit is required.
  • For an appointment with a doctor: a deposit of N15,000 will be charged at the time of booking, in order to secure the appointment.
  • These charges will not be applied to clients booking an appointment from their existing value package of treatment.
  • Prices may vary according to treatment area, complexity and required results.
  • After consultation, we’ll offer a no-obligation quote containing all personalised treatment options.
  • Any client who wishes to stop / opt-out of a treatment value pack, 30 days after commencement of treatment sessions without prior notice shall forfeit all deposits made towards the treatment.
  • However, if you change your mind about your purchase of product within 14 days, we are happy to exchange it for another product or offer you a credit note.
  • This policy does not apply to products which have been used or opened.
  • The only exception to this policy is a serious or long term illness, confirmed by a medical certificate.

3. COURSES OF TREATMENTS

  • All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment. Any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited
  • Value packs are only refundable for medical reasons. Any refund agreed is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, 20% administrative charges and 5% service charge, plus any charge for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatment, with the difference refunded through bank transfer NOT cash.

4. TREATMENT PROPRIETY

  • We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why. You will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation, where applicable.

5. LIABILITY

  • Venus Aesthetics shall not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide Venus Aesthetics with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Venus Aesthetics will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.
  • The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Venus Aesthetics regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Venus Aesthetics’ liability for death or any personal injury resulting from Venus Aesthetics’ negligence.

6. YOUR RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

  • Venus Aesthetics endeavours to treat all its clients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. If, however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment at Venus Aesthetics, you are entitled to lodge a complaint, either verbally, by telephone or email. If you require assistance with making your complaint, Venus Aesthetics will be pleased to help.
  • The member of staff who initially receives the complaint will convey the details to the Center Manager or their designated deputy, and you will receive an email within two days of lodging the complaint that an investigation into the matter is under way.
  • During the course of the investigation, Venus Aesthetics may require you to attend an additional consultation with the practitioner involved in your treatment, if this is deemed appropriate. If you are not satisfied with this initial attempt at resolution, or have any objection to being seen by this practitioner, the Center’s Medical Director will review your case.

7.  5 % OFF TREATMENT VOUCHER IN PRODUCTS 

  • Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
  • Applicable to new clients only.
  • Cannot be used against Dr led treatment.
  • One voucher per person.
  • The voucher should be surrendered upon purchase of the treatment.
